Jeremy has worked within the financial services industry since 1996, specialising in mortgage lending since 1999, and qualified and working within the Later Life sector since 2009. He has successfully run his own firm Pellucid Limited since 2010, with Financial Conduct Authority registration twice being gained. Upon reaching the age of “Equity Release” eligibility he has solely devoted his time and experience to this sector, and recently enjoyed welcoming a Mortgage and Protection specialist, Shannon Everill to his firm to look after the residential mortgage side which he ran previously building up a good sized and loyal client base.
Jeremy enjoys the personal interaction with his clients, with nothing being too much hassle for him, gaining a reputation for being trusting. Out of this Trust he has launched Trusted Equity Release which is the later life lending Division of Pellucid Limited. This solely looking after the more discerning mature clientele. Recently sitting and passing examinations to become a Will Writer, he aims to be able to give a full offering in the Later Life arena. The emotional reward and satisfaction helping his clients is the driving force behind this switch later into his business life, stating helping clients with some of their last financial decisions is the reason for this change.
Outside his work he loves to spend time with his 3 miniature dachshunds, Mr Bojangles, Amber and Malteser. Playing golf at the weekend and watching his local village football team and occasionally time on the allotment gives him the fresh air he craves. Also the friendship he has with his godsons and family friends.
Jeremy prides himself on a fully personal, individual and bespoke service to all of his clients, without exception.

FPC (Financial Planning Certificates) 1,2 & 3 gained in 1996
CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) gained in 1999
ER (Equity Release) gained in 2009
Wills & Estate Planning Certificate gained in 2024
